Ballmer Systems Inc. has developed a complete unique patented process to build handcrafted log homes faster and better then anybody else.
Until now
Log homes have been a traditonal way of buiding homes for centuries. Yet the process and techniques have remained the same through the years.
The hand scribed log home provides the tightest fit for the logs, but requires countless man hours and skill. In the past 100 years the chainsaw has evolved to be more efficient and effective.
The challenge that remains with this method is the fuel/emissions from using internal cumbustion saws. The chainsaw requires proper training and safety equiptment for the operator. This allows the chance for a worker to fatigue leading to lower quality work, or even worse injury. The hours needed to build with this method prove costly resulting in %30 of your log home cost.
Our new process
eliminates all of the challenges that traditional log home builders face. By using 3D scanners and a 7 axis cnc robot, we have drastically reduced the danger, time, cost, and emissions assosiated with log home building. This process allows for unmatched efficiency, quality, and consitancy while increasing speed in production.
We use a piece on piece style assembly. This allows you to fully design your cabin using the standard walls and parts that we have created. Using this modular design allows us to reduce to price of production, dropping the cost of the log homes dramatically.
